What garment brands do you supply?
Like all the many other professional screen printing companies we have accounts with all the main UK distributors for the major brands including Gildan, Anvil, Fruit of the Loom, Continental Clothing, American Apparel & Stanley/Stella to name a few.
Can I send you my own garments to print on?
No. We are not a contract printer and only screen print on garments we have a supply chain for. If something goes wrong it can be too difficult to source weird and wacky garments from suppliers that we do not have a trade account with.
What style of garments can you supply/print on?
We'd recommend screen printing for any garments with a close-knit so t-shirts, V-neck, Tank Tops, Sweatshirts, Pullover Hoodies, Zip Hoodies, 3/4 Raglan, Long Sleeve, Polos, Denim, Cotton Patches etc. Corduroy or mesh doesn't work so well.
How much do you charge for screens?
We no longer charge for screens, we just have 'all-in' prices. However, in some instances we can offer discounts on repeat orders.
How do I get my artwork to you?
Email is best, or a file transfer service if they are large. Please label files clearly.
What format should I send my artwork in?
Please try to send your artwork print size 300dpi psd, pdf,tif or eps if it's vector based, please outline any fonts.
Jpegs are generally NOT very good for quality reproduction work. If you are not sure, get in contact or just send the best version you have as we can usually help to get your artwork ready for printing.
The biggest size I can have my print is?
Standard Print size is 320mm x 450mm ( roughly 13" x 17"). Oversize screen print is 380mm x 510mm (15" x 20")
What inks do you use?We print with phthalate-free plastisol inks as well as environmentally friendly discharge & water-based inks.
Can I mix the item types and sizes in my order?
Yeah sure, the print unit price is purely based on quantity so it's better to order 50 t-shirts & 25 hoodies at the same time rather than end up making two separate orders with the same design.
How long does it take?
Normally allow 7-10 working days from payment/proof but if you need them quicker just let us know as we can often turnaround jobs much quicker. Please note refinishing services such as neck label printing will add to the turnaround time of your job. We will indicate the delivery date on your order confirmation sheet.
What's the minimum order of screen printed shirts?
Depends on the job, but normally 25 for a 1 colour print.
What payment methods do you accept?
BACS/online bank transfer is best. Our bank details will be on your order confirmation pdf.
Will I have to pay for my order up front?
Yes, please. We will be unable to start your job until full payment is received.
How much do you charge for delivery?
All online offers include FREE Delivery, all quotes will have delivery charge stated if applicable. We don't normally charge delivery to UK mainland.
How does online ordering work, what about a proof?
Once you've placed your order online for one of our offers we will check all the job details and your artwork. We will send you an order confirmation pdf via email, this has all the job information including garment info, sizes, print size, print colour & print location etc. Only when you've agreed/seen/checked this order confirmation do we proceed to print. This ensures that what we deliver to you is exactly what you asked for.

Yes, we offer many merch finishing services including folding & bagging, de-tagging & relabelling services, neck label screen printing, hem tag sewing, swing tags & Kimball ties. Please contact to let us know what you want.
